Our forestry and gardening operation „Juniperus Parkerdészet” was established in the city of Kecskemét in 1991 by the company KFEAG. Our name Juniperus was inspired by the scientific genus name of the common juniper, which is an indigenous species left over from the Ice Age, and so faithfully symbolizing our commitment for the protection of the values of nature.
More than three decades passed away since, and during this time we became one of the significant actors of the domestic sector for cultivation and trade of ornamentals. In addition to producing high-quality plant material, our activities include providing expert advice, park construction, green space maintenance, forest park management, landscape architecture projects, maintenance of tree-lined avenues, as well as the planting of trees and landscaping of public spaces, highways, and other green areas.
We are particularly proud of having played an active role in the National Greening Program of Hungary between 2020 and 2026, and doing so we have contributed to meet the tree-planting needs of numerous Hungarian communities.
Over the past few decades, our park forestry operation has gained nationwide recognition as a result of its wide selection of plants, its reliable professional expertise, and its continuous development. Thanks to our international connections, our plants - tailored to the requirements of our partners - are shipped into several European countries.
We fit the selection of plant material of our ornamental plant nursery to the most possible extent to the expectations of landscaping companies, municipalities, retailers and resellers. Our goal is to contribute to making gardens, parks, and public spaces greener and more livable by providing reliable, high-quality plant material.
We offer at our main facility in Kecskemét hundreds of thousands of container grown plants in a wide selection of nearly 600 species and varieties and different size categories.
Our ornamental trees are growing in our 22-hectare nursery near Kecskemét, whereas our high-quality root-balled trees, solitary shrubs and evergreens are cultivated on our sites in Szombathely, which offer more favorable growing conditions.
With 35 years of experience, we grow and sell ornamental plants on more than 50 hectares, striving to provide our partners with reliable quality, expertise, and long-term cooperation.
